Fantasmic packages question

We just booked a quick 5-day trip for January to celebrate my 40th birthday!

Considering booking a Fantasmic package, but we haven't even purchased tickets yet and obviously haven't booked FPs yet. Can I book a package now, but cancel without penalty if it doesn't work with our plans?

Thanks - it's been 2 years since our last visit, so the details are lost to me!

Yes, you can book dining w/o tickets! And Yes, you can cancel without penalty as long as you do so early enough (i.e., 24 hours prior to your reservation).
