Fantasmic Package

I'm sure this is in here someplace, I just can't find it...
How do you book a Fantasmic package with dining?? Can you do it using the DDP?

I called the disney dining line. They told me you have to eat dinner at 3 or 4 pm. I chose not to do it because it was too early for us. They also said that they only have a few tables per day and they fill up fast.
