Fantasmic no fastpass

I currently have a 6 day base park ticket. While planning, I decided I should add a 7th day. I can't add over the phone so my option is to add it once I get to WDW. I'm arriving on 4/25 and just want to do Fantasmic that night. Our flights don't arrive until 5:45, so I'm thinking by the time I get my rental car, check-in, etc I will be able to head over for the 10pm show.

Will I be able to do Fantasmic without a fastpass on a Saturday night?

You may very well be able to get a same-day F! FP on your way to the F! theater.
(Yes, they offer that many.)

And, BTW, if you do pick up a FP for F! for the SECOND show (10pm show in your case)
guests with FP will be seated in the very center section, as long as they arrive early
enough (and 45 minutes before show time is generally early enough for the SECOND show.)

Regardless, get to the F! theater as early as you can (as I said above, 45 minutes before the SECOND show start-time is a good rule-of-thumb) with or without a FP.

We were able to get a same-day (in the late afternoon) FP for the second Fastasmic show (of 3) the day after Christmas. This was our 5th FP of the day after using our original 3 and one more.

Thanks everyone. Wish I would have just added a 7th day...it was only $10 more. Just didn't think I would want to go to a park the day I got there. But I really want to see Fantasmic and we are planning only a 1/2 day at DHS the day we leave (Friday 5/1)...so the only option is to do it the night we arrive.
