Fantasmic dessert party booking

Hi! New to the boards here!

So around 3am on Monday while working I had an epiphany... book a Memories wedding while we're there in October. They had a date available (October 11) and all time slots available. We're doing it at the Polynesian and I'm super excited about it! Lots to do in the next few weeks! Cutting a lot of things close.

When I asked my Disney planner about booking a Fantasmic dessert party for 8 of us, she refferred me to dining, which is not where you book it. She said that they don't book those... maybe she misunderstood me, but I have yet to be able to get this figured out. If I can book a dessert party there for a non astronomical amount of money, I want to, because the others we are travelling with aren't coming to the ceremony. I could cancel my previously booked Fantasmic dining package.

Any ideas how much it is, and who to call??? I think my wedding planner is newer...

You'd want to call Disney Catered Events at 321-939-7278 to arrange this. It's worth noting that the page I linked says that HS seems to be discouraging parties as small as yours. But it never hurts to try. I'm sure others will have more information. You'll want to get the ball rolling pretty quickly for that date!

I do think they won't give you as much hassle about booking a private Fantasmic! event as they do parties at some of the other locations, maybe because they do so many of them.
