Throwing around some options.. Will I have enough time to get from an 8:00 Fantasmic to a 9:25 Biergarten reservation? I would actually prefer a later reservation, but that's what's available now. Edit - managed to change from 9:05 to 9:25.

This would be on 10/2 - the second Friday of F&W. Also, any idea of what sort of crowd level to expect at Epcot that night?

Edit - managed to change from 9:05 to 9:25. same question :)

I don't know about crowd levels but the timing would be pushing it. Especially, depending on where you are seated in the theatre. From the exit at HS it took us 20 minutes to walk to the back of Epcot. The boat wasn't any faster. But just getting out of the theatre after Fantasmic can take that long as well. The show is 30 minutes long, so it won't be over until 8:30 which only gives you 35 minutes to exit the theatre, get to the front of the park and then all the way over to Epcot and to the restaurant. You are also supposed to check in 10-15 minutes ahead of time so technically you have 25 minutes. I don't think it's really feasible. In the best case scenario, which would be sitting in the very first section, maybe. But it would still be super close and you'd have to rush.

ETA: The crowds on a Friday night during F&W are also going to slow you down.

You could probably make it if you sit close to the exit. But Friday night F&W crowds will be heavy. Very heavy.
