Fanny packs for kids?

I have tried to look for these so the boys can carry some of their own little things. Like pennies and such for the machines, atuograph book, water.

I can't find any that are small enough so I was wondering if anyone knows if they sell them at Disney?

Yes, they sell them at WDW- they have a lot of cute character ones.

yea but if your kids are small the waistbands are still too big, my dd wanted a princess one - but it was way too big - she's 6 over average size and build.........evenyually she got a stitch one - its got a little plush stitsh with a backpack on that goes round your waist - that was slightly smaller and easier to adjust.

Trust me, you won't have any problem finding fannie packs for your kids at Disney. They're really cute and your kids will probably enjoy the independence they bring. We loved carrying our autograph books and pens in them as children.

I do not know if you have a Target by you but we found our's there, it was only 10$, in the camping/backpack/travel section. Good luck

Yes I was thinking of going to Target tomorrow actually. I will look for them there. about how much are the ones at Disney? I can always return the ones to Target if the Disney ones are cuter and about the same price, kwim?

Bring shorts/pants that have belt loops and then put the fanny pack belt through a couple of the loops - should hold up the fanny pack on those skinny near the fanny! And they can't accidenlty unlatch and lose it.

Great idea, but I don't think most of their shorts have loops, I will have to check, and yes I have not packed one single thing yet!!! HELP!!

I have found that the kids size fannypacks are too small to hold an autograph book. I use a small adult fannypack and just tie an appropriate size knot and it works just fine!! Last trip we used the DIS fannypack!

Well I did go to Target today and those were way too big. I am going to get them at Disney.

How old are your boys? The Autograph books fit nicely in the fanny packs from Target, Are you sure that the little ones from Disney will fit the books? just a question, I do not know. Don't forget about the cheep/disposable rain poncho's too! and the disposable camera for the boys!

Do they get in the way for the kids? Like getting on the rides? Seatbelts, etc? I wonder if they are more trouble than they are worth for my neice and nephews (9, 10 and 14?)

The ones at Target were way too big, and if we have to carry the autograph books for them so be it. I get mine at Wal-mart in Orlando anyway and they are a bit smaller then the ones they sell at Disney, so they might fit.

Ok we are off now see you in 12 days.

And no they don't seem to get in the way, I wear one every trip and the most I have to do is twist it to my side to get the seat belt on. I feel it's worth it to have my hands free.

Have you tried searching on Ebay? That's where we found DS's fanny pack.
