Does anyone know which of these two cards gives a better discount? Thanks!

I can't help you with what AAA's discount is, but Fan Club gives you 10% off merchandise in the parks, and at the following restaurants:
Margaritaville
Bob Marley
MOTOWN
CityJazz
Pat O'Briens
Pastamore
NASCAR Cafe
Latin Quarter

Hope that helps!

For hotel rooms, the Entertainment card seems to give the lowest rates.

The Fan Club Card cut my March 2003 reservation in half from $199/night to $99/night. Incredible savings!

I was thinking more of the restaurand and merchandise discounts. I think I read that one gives a 20%discount and the otger gives a 10% discount, but I wasn't sure which was which. I'd surely rather have the 20%!

The best thing you can do is show both cards and the AP (if you have one) and have the server tell you which is best! Thats what we had to do, I was unable to keep track! I do remember AAA allowed a discount on liquor where fan club didnt. I just cant remember where it was that it happened!:p

We were just there two weeks ago and the discounts were the same for both AAA and Fan Club - 10%. All the restaraunts accepted the AAA card. I did get a better rate at the HRH with the Fan Club though.

there is coupon you can print from the AAA website right now that gives you 20% discount in the parks on food and merchandise that is valid through June 30th. go to the top of this forum and scroll to the last few posts for info on how to print the coupon.
