family of 8 looking to rent points in early Dec

We just had a change in plans and were wondering if it is too late to rent points to stay at a DVC for a week in early Dec? We would need a 2 bedroom. Thanks

I would try the rent/trade board right here.

As Gail said, you should try the rent and trade board. But I would be surprised if you could get in early December this close. That time of year is very popular for DVC.

Consider trying to rent directly from Disney. While the first two weeks in Dec are popular for points based rentals they may not be on a cash basis.

That is low season for the rest of the resort.

Out of curiousity I zipped over and checked. Low and behold the only thing available were Wilderness Cabins at $224 a night. Of course you didn't say how old the six were... But it does look like you are going to have a hard time trying to do this with DVC. Have you considered staying offsite?
