Family Magic Tour Time?

What time is the Family Magic Tour? I'm thinking about doing this with my 4yo.

The Family Magic Tour begins at 10:00am. Tour starts at City Hall just inside the MagicKingdomMain Entrance. Guests should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to start time.

Thanks! Doesn't really give a person a lot of time to get some rides out of the way before it starts to get busy, but maybe on an EE day it would be good. I would think that we could do all of Fantasyland in an hour and a half before heading to City Hall.

Hmmm, I'll give WDW a call tomorrow and see if I can sign us up.
