I love Seth McFarland and the entire gang at FG!!! They are absolutely hilarious.

The entire gang (oh, except Mila) was on the season premier or Inside The Actor's Studio about 3 weeks ago. If you have time, watch it, it was FABULOUS!!

I love Family Guy. I thought Sunday's show was one of the best I've seen in a while. I loved the way they turned their characters into Disney characters. I got a kick out of it. That's Family Guy for ya, if you dont like it, dont watch!

I agree,usually Family Guy's premiere shows were that funny to me but this one was great. Can't wait for Something Something Dark Side.

Here's an alternate way to view things. Did you, for just a second, think that maybe the people that replied to you may have only read your post? What makes you think that they read the rest of the thread? I know most people just reply to the first post. It's your thread, so you get the replies. Most posters don't even know the direction of the thread before posting an initial reply. No need to get testy because they don't agree with you.

Seriously though. If Family Guy, The Simpsons, or South Park ever take a jab at you, then you know you've made it in the world. Consider it flattering.

I love Family Guy. But if you are not one who appreciates crude humor, you should not watch it. And it is not a show for small children, in my opinion. Oh, and definitely don't watch South Park if you find Family Guy offensive. As for me, I love both shows!

By the way, Seth MacFarlane had a life-long dream to be a Disney animator. But nothing is sacred on that show. Maybe that's why I like it so much. I'm sick and twisted, I guess.

When is it on? I can't find it. U-Verse has no search. It says Mondays at 6c., but I have "Housewives of Atlanta".

There are times when we see or hear something that really irks or irritates us so we make a thread about it, hoping to find some like minded responses here on the DIS, only to find that pretty much the whole community board sees it differently then we do. Then the posts start, and it seems like a never ending torrent of post after post repeating the same thing that the poster above them said, and we are sitting there just wanting the posts to stop, but they keep coming and coming and coming...
Believe me, most of us have been there (on the not-so-fun-side). At this point the best thing we can do is just walk away, and hope that the thread plays itself out pretty soon.
I had one of those situations not too long ago (and no, I won't say which one for fear of it resurfacing). Thankfully after a day or two it finally did just go away.

If it helps, I see where you are coming from on this, and that is why I would rather stick bamboo shoots under my nails then watch Family Guy, but again, that is just my own opinion, and if others enjoy the show, then I say more power to them.

Also Family Guy isnt the only show that makes fun of Disney.
When my nephew and niece were over one night we watched and an episode of Icarly that blantantly jabbed at Disney although they didnt say Disney by name, you could tell who they were talking about...including stealing a supposedly frozen head.

Brian had fallen in love with the in-law's dog sea-breeze, but in the end the dog was apparently cheating on Brian, and had puppies with Ted Turner.

Kind of sick actually to think that people can laugh off something like beating a Jew when the Holocaust wasn't that long ago. The last large group of people who thought beating Jews was funny was the Nazis.
