We are going to be a group of 20 and believe it or not mostly first timers mostly adults...so I want to impress (so we can make it a regular event!)

We're there the end of oct/beg of nov.

We can either go to the F&W at epcot or the food classic at Swan?

Which one??

We can only go to one park

which one??

Want to take them to see fireworks at poly or gf

which one??

Also after the f&w or swan event is the boardwalk fun to walk around - and till what time is the entertainment there?

Thank you!!

Personally, I would select F&W at EPCOT, which you can enjoy all day and it is awesome! The Swan & Dolphin F&W Classic is held from 5:30 to 9:00 (seminars begin at 4:30)...and EPCOT has some awesome fireworks - so no need to leave the park! The Boardwalk is open until 2:00 AM. Whatever you do...enjoy!

I'd do the Swan between the 2 and not take up park time for the food portion. I'd do MK if most have never been.. The BW is great, esp if you can catch the performer's. We like the GF but we normally schedule dinner there for that at Narcoossee's. I have to admit, I have a bad feeling about your situation. Is the limitation of one park due to finances or time availability? Anytime you have to over play for a large group, esp one you're not sure about how they'll react, it can get ugly.

Absolutely :thumbsup2:thumbsup2

F&WF is what we do every October. We'll be hitting EPCOT this October after our Disney Cruise. :boat:

For an adult trip I would choose EPCOT food and wine especially if you want to make it an annual gathering. With the FW going on then, there will be concerts (Denis DeYoung / 38 Special depending on dates), as well as many eateries to hang out if any of them gets bored or tired.

While MK would be great 20 adult people may be hard to please there and hard to keep organize.

Anyway, I am sure you will have a great time!

any thoughts on the fireworks viewing?

If you choose BWV, Epcot F&W, you can stay for IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth at 9:00 PM at Epcot.

If this becomes a regular thing, next time you can do the MK and an MK resort.

I would also choose Epcot because F&W traditionally has Eat to the Beat Concerts nightly. That's a plus for me!

and if you have some "late nighters" you can always wander down to Jelly Rolls!

Agree definitely Epcot!

If you can swing it financially I would book a dinner at Ohana, they can accommodate large groups and then hit the beach to see the fireworks.

Either way I would choose the Poly for the fireworks because there's a large beach area to stretch out on.
