I have to wait until later tonight for an update? That will be way past my bedtime as I am leaving here at 4:30 for a date with my oldest son, Andy. We are going to dinner (with another friend) and then going to see Martina McBride in concert. And I'll have to go to bed as soon as I get home or I'll never get up for work in the morning. I guess I'll be reading today's update tomorrow.

There was no singing at 6:30 this morning, there was barking. It was a dog barking. Not the neighbors dog and not Melody's grandparents- they don't have any pets. It was Juliana's Puppy. She loves to make her Puppy bark. It wouldn't be so bad if it was a quiet or a low pitch bark. It is a loud high pitch bark that was accompanied with bouncing on the bed. UGGGGG. Good thing I was excited myself... our 'Disney' trip was about to begin.

We got up and I made breakfast- eggs, bacon, sausage, & toast. We packed up our bags and spent some more time talking. It was getting close to noon and I was putting the last few bags in the truck. We snapped a few more pics before we left.

Melody's grandparents walked us to the door and we had to take one more picture.

We gave them one more hug and got in the truck. As we were puling away, all three of us were waving goodbye. It was a bittersweet moment. We were sad leaving them but very excited for the next part of our journey.

We were on the road about 12:30 driving from Bradenton to Kissimmee. About 45 minutes in we started to get hungry so we found a Taco Bell. This was Juliana's first experience eating Taco Bell and she loved it. Not only was she loving her soft taco but she tried a meximelt and a cheesy gordita crunch. I thought this was a great family moment!!!

We got driving again and it was time to switch highways!

Let me tell you- Melody loves when I drive and take pictures. Anyway- everything was going smoothly until we hit some major traffic. The Strawberry Festival was going on in Plant City this weekend. We were only an hour away from the house and we had to sit in stop & go traffic for 20 minutes. We were all getting very anxious. As we got closer to the exit for the festival we saw there were 2 separate accidents. They didn't appear to be serious though.

After the festival traffic it was smooth sailing! We got off the highway and saw this:

We were only a few miles away from the house!!! We checked in at the gate and made our way though the subdivision and pulled up here. (Stock photo)

WE WERE FINALLY HERE!!!!!!

For some reason, I didn't take pictures of the house when we arrived. I do have some taken during the week so don't mind the mess.

It was about 4:40pm by the time we got the truck unpacked and our friends were only minutes away. It was months since we seen them and we couldn't wait for them to get there!!!!!!!!!

How did you get all that liquor there??? You didn't pack it in suitcases to fly did you?? or did you buy it there??? Seriously curious; trying to figure out a way to get some champagne and rum down there without breaking or leaking.

Dave & Branda brought the bottles from home. (they drove) We bought the wine & beer while we were down there.

So you aren't going to have a car there? I know you weren't sure.

In the CBR gift shop, I saw a bottle of ecco domani pinot grigio for $15. Yes it is usually $10-$12 for that bottle in the liquor store but it wasn't all that bad.
