A group of 9 of us planned to go to WDW for my mom's 60th this year but, now two have decided not to go. Can anyone help and let me know what can be done with their MNSSHP tickets that we purchased for Halloween night? Do we have to end up eating the cost of the tickets? Any advice someone can give would be greatly appreciated.

You can call and see if you can get a refund. The earlier you call the better. Just know that party tickets are non-refundable so there is the possibility that Disney might not give a refund

Call up disney, sometimes you get lucky and they will refund them especially if there is a good reason behind it (medical, expecting a child, told not to travel, etc etc etc). you might need to call a few times (don't do it in a row to avoid the same person answering) to find the person that knows how to refund the non-refundable tickets :)

I don't know your family dynamic but if it's not a good reason and I can't get it refunded, they would still be paying for that ticket in my family. Maybe not in cash but it'll come back around to them at sometime in the future...

Also the price of the tickets this year, it might be something you can travel insurance claim and the deductible would be worth it..

Halloween night is always a sell out I think, call and see if they will give you a refund for those two tickets. They will definitely be able to resell them.

Every night sells out by the time the party starts.. It's why I don't get how they can be selling tiered crowd tickets, they have the same crowd every event, sold out.

Call Disney, many have reported getting refunds and given it's a sell out night I would be shocked if they said no.
