A few other options:
- A Murphy Bed room at POR. It doesn't work for us; my son is way too tall for that Murphy Bed. But it should work for you, and it's the cheapest of all the options.
- A cabin at Fort Wilderness. So NOT my style. But it works for some.
- A Deluxe room. With the exception of Animal Kingdom and Wilderness Lodges, the rest of the Deluxes have a daybed that will fit an adult. The cheapest is usually a Garden wing room at the Comtemporary, followed by the Beach Club, Yacht Club and Boardwallk. Then it's the Poly and Grand Floridian.
I agree-- I would love to see more options.
Also, just to put it out there: last year, before I got a PIN from Disney, I had a Deluxe Alcove room booked at the Dolphin. It had 2 Queen (I think) beds and a pull out sofa, so it slept 6. Using the teacher discount, it priced out to about the same price as a Disney Moderate.
You have to call to ask about it, there's not much on the website. But it's a viable alternative for families with more than 2 kids.
