Today is Friday, which means Friday Night Live with ResortTV1 on YouTube. For those that don’t know, ResortTV1 is a brother & sister team that are Disney Influencers. They are part of a mega group of people that bring us everything Disney 7 days a week, 365 days a year on social media platforms and YouTube. For those that don’t know what a Disney Influencer is, here ya go……




Today we are focusing on the Disney Influencers that we watch LIVE at the parks. Not all of the influencers are LIVE and when they are LIVE you can watch them on their YouTube channel. While they are LIVE you can participate in the chat, which gives you the opportunity to chat with others and the influencer. This is a lot of fun once you establish a connection with the others and the influencer. So, will you be watching any LIVE videos tonight? Give us your LIVE answer today…..


Do you watch Disney Influencers that are LIVE in Disney Parks?

For Me……I used to faithfully watch ResortTV1 and participate in the chat every Friday night, and then we got our puppy, and that ended - LOL! Those chats move very fast and if you can’t give them full attention then you’ll miss stuff. I do try to tune into them here and there now, and if something special is happening, like Starlights debut, I will be present. I’m a member for them and pay $4.99 a month, which I feel is worth it - I appreciate what they do. ResortTV1 is the only one that I watch LIVE. I do watch several other ones that aren’t LIVE.

I have never heard of them but in general I don’t enjoy influencers and I don’t follow any of them.

We love watching ResortTV1, but we often miss the live streams. I love putting one on for a lazy Saturday morning and enjoying the sights/sounds of the parks while I have my coffee. I've found a few other vloggers that don't do live streams, but who do walkthroughs of the parks/resorts with less talking than the live streamers do. Both are great, and we love finding ways to be in the magic from home!

Really dont pay much attention to any Disney influencers.

I do watch a handful of the Universal ones, but the Disney ones are pretty much paid propaganda IMO.
Not paid with money but paid with freebies.
Pretty much ignore anyone who gets free media access - they rarely if ever tell the truth.

No time for any of them.

Disney livestreams are literally my connection to the parks when I’m not there. I recently met a Disney influencer from Kentucky named DisneyGirlKim when I was at EPCOT going on Figment. I actually ended up being ON the live stream! She’s there every week flying in from Kentucky to Orlando showing off the best and worst of Disney. She’s a really nice lady too.

slo knows I watch ResortTV1 like her and I catch a few others a little less regularly. I’m actually surprised how few people on a DISNEY board watch any of these! Sometimes it’s nice after a long day to watch and relax to the sights and sounds of a Disney park.

@leebee if you’re home tonight, it’s your lucky night! You get to go to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party! Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll be able to make it as I have some plans… ENJOY!

I voted NO I do not watch. I don't "enjoy" live streaming. I guess I appreciate them respecting my time with good editing and final product.

I go to Disney enough on my own I don't need to watch some one else's live visits.

- There is very little new stuff they can tell me.
- The few times I watch, it is just boring.
- The few times I watch, many offer false information or hope.
- The few times I watch, I find some intolerable, problematic etc.
- The few times I watch, they give off Disney paid for this vibes.
- And I think it is rude to other guests in the park.

I don't mind watching short edited clips of trivia info, preview info, highlights etc ... but I'm a no to live streaming!

I used to watch...especially as things were closing and reopening around the peak of covid. I would also tune in if something new was premiering like a fireworks show, or something was closing, like the last night of Splash Mountain. It just got old for me after a while.

There are two channels that I follow that do regular live streams but they don’t do them from the parks. They are more just chats and occasionally discussion of breaking news. I don’t really like streams from the parks with the exception of parades, fireworks or other live entertainment

I have never watched these and have no interest at all in watching influencers, any streaming channels, vlogs, YouTube channels or anything similar about Disney or in fact anything in general.

I struggle to watch videos of other people doing things as I just find them really irritating. If I want to find out about something, I'd much prefer to read about it at my own leisure. The only videos I find bearable to watch are ride POVs and only then when they don't go through the entire queue talking about it.
