I'm really glad you liked everything Annette. It took me a little longer to put it together. And you're right about the happy anniversary. I celebrate my first wedding anniversary a week form Sunday. Dh and I are going to Colonial Williamsburg to celebrate for a few days. It'll be really nice.

Another happy YC receiver! Came home from work today, and there it was!!

Thank you so much RobinMarie........I just love the clean cotton and sage and citrus votive (2 of each), and can't wait to try the lilac blossoms ones.......lilac is one of my fave scents.

And the votive holder is really nice, and looks very pretty with the burning candle inside.
Thanks also for the 3 tarts:
lemon lime, midsummers night, and lemongrass and orange. They sound YUMMY....
And how did you know I was running out of tea lights? They will get me through the next day or two until I can get to YC for more.

And the jar of Fresh Peach, really is like fresh peaches...YUM

I'm so relieved you finally received them! I was getting worried. The older I get, the more my tastes change - midsummers night and lemongrass and orange are two of my favorite scents. In the spring I make mad dashes to the lilac bushes for the flowers because I love the smell so much.

I GOT MAIL!!!

We just came home from a long day at Six Flags Great Adventure and as soon as we pulled onto our street I knew my package had arrived!!! Our mailman likes to hang our packages from our box

As soon as I opened my box I was happy!! There was a lovely note from nkjzmom on Disney stationary - I MUST FIND THAT!!

I received a 22 oz Harvest (broke in the mail, but I think I can salvage the candle) - Does anyone know if I can burn a yankee jar candle alone? or do I need to put it into a container?

I also received a small Macintosh jar candle with a fall shade topper and a Mickey ghost antenea topper!!

Sandy....I copied this off of the YC website:

Tarts:Great scent with no wick. Simply place one or two Wax Potpourri Tarts® in a wax potpourri burner (never add water) and light a Yankee® Tarts® Warmer candle (unscented tea light) below. As the Tarts® melt, they release their wonderful scent.

These unscented tea lights are created exclusively for use with Tart® burners. Appropriately named "Tart® Warmers", each one produces a low, even flame lasting up to six hours.
and I think you put them all together like in this:

I have never burned the tarts before either, but just purchase a bunch of them along with a burner last night.

The tarts are wonderful!!

You do need a burner.....they go in the top depression and then you use a tea light underneath to "heat them" up. They do not evaportate! The scent will just go away. They last from 4-??? hours depending on the scent.
An easy way to remove the tart when it is over is to freeze the burner for about 15 minutes and then the melted tart will just pop out.
Enjoy!!

And Tinkerbelle. I think if you have a YC shop by you, they will exchange the broken one.
I have had a broken one....and I carefully removed the glass, placed the candle in a container that was about the same size and it burned fine all the way to the end.
