Well, I got another idea for a regional thing when I was at Church today. Can't believe I didn't think about it before and should be easy to find. I'm on a roll now!

Is there a big "reveal" at the end of the swap? There must be something, I'm sure. Is it on the thread or do you just send your SS a note?

How would you describe your scrapping style? It depends on my mood- it can sometimes be simple, but here lately it has been more elaborate: stickles, ribbon, embellishments. There is almost always something from my cricut.

Do you use mostly solid cardstock or printed papers? I use mostly printed papers, with solid cardstock for matting the pictures and for things I cut with the cricut.

What is your favorite paper/embellishment line or company? Bazzill, Basic Grey, and Heidi Grace

Colors – do you use mostly pastels? Brights? Jewel tones? Neutrals? Something else or a mix? mix of pastels and brights

What is your LEAST favorite color? maroon/burgandy

How do you use your computer for scrapping: titles? Journaling? Decorative elements? journaling

Do you scrap flat, bumpy or combo? Distressed? Usually a combo, just started somewhat distressing. I just bought a distressing ink pad.

Beverages: Hot or Cold? Favorite? Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte

Chocolate: White? Milk? Dark? None? Milk!!

Favorite author? TV show? Movie? Authors: Jane Austen and Sophie Kinsella; TV show: Grey's Anatomy; Movie: While You Were Sleeping

Type of music? Favorite artist? Least favorite? I don't listen to lots of music, but probably mostly country. Hard to pick one favorite, but probably Kenney Chesney, Martina McBride. Least Favorite- probably rap music.

While you scrap, do you listen to music? Watch TV or a movie? Enjoy the quiet? If there is music on it is usually DD's High School Musical soundtrack (bc she is with me), but at night I will watch the news. I have tried to watch a movie while scrapping, but it is not very productive!

It think DS11 got a gift yesterday!!!! I thought it was swap stuff so I just tossed it in (not literally) with the AK stuff. I went to post whose packages came in and this one had DS's name on it!!! He is going to be sooooo thrilled!!! I'll post more after he gets home!

That is so funny. DH checked the mail yesterday and never said that a package came. I just went in to work on my CJ and noticed it was on my desk. DS is thrilled- but mean old mommy will not let him open it until he has done his homework and read for 20 minutes- I'll post an update soon!

So the boys opened the box. I would post a pic but it is now spread out all over the floor. It was halloween themed and he got a pumpkin that lights up, a flash light, a pirate skull, a bunch of stickers for halloween and other things. Candy, which BTW is mostly gone. Some stamps and an ink pad, and a really cute card that mom swiped!!! LOL A pez dispenser that DS5 pilfered immediately (he collects them).

And he says his Secret Buddy Rocks!!!!

Ok, so DS went to bed this evening on cloud 9... or maybe that was sugar high from the candy!

He got lots of his favorite candy, skittles, nerds, a Power Ranger lollypop and popcorn. In addition to all the sweets he got lots and lots of Halloween scrapbooking stickers and ribbon. He also received a cool bat that he has hung on his bedroom door, a light up pumpkin, a pumpkin necklace, a light up tigger key chain, Disney Koolaid, Nick Splat pens, a Cat candle, and Halloween sprinkles.

DD got a goodie package today! She got some fruit chews, Halloween stickers and scrapbook stuff, pens with feathers, happy bunny writing set. She was so excited! And her secret sis lives about 30 miles north of us.

I got my October goodies from my Secret Sister.
I can't tell her favorite holiday from this selection, but it is everything that I can use/need to make pages.

A selection of school themed chipboard pieces, Halloween brads by Karen Fosters (these are really cute) Winter word fetti, winter themed stickers, Christmas stickers, Christmas wire words, Jolee's Scrapbooking theme sticker collage, Soccer charms, ebroidered soccer ball patch, Mickey head embroidered stickers and a little Ohio license plate.

I received a package from my Secret Sister today! It was perfectly timed to arrive on my birthday. I got a gorgeous Mickey altered notebook - it will be perfect for all of my trip planning notetaking. I also got a fall themed notepad and some beautiful fall and Christmas themed brads - really pretty. She also made me the most amazing birthday card using my favorite colors of blue and green. I love it all!

Today was an awesome mail day!! I got my totally rockin' package from my Secret Sister!!

I should start by saying that today was a crapfest at work. . .girl fight, bunch of hateful parents (not connected to the fight), computer glitch, etc. Anyway, I got home, and there was a priority mail box on the front porch. My FANTABULOUS SS package!!

I got:
2 different kinds of Christmas ribbon (Christmas is my favorite, too!!)
Christmas stickers (great for my Christmas album!)
Pooh Christmas stickers (can't go wrong with the bear!!)
a chipboard alpha--can't wait to use them!
Christmas brads (my Christmas album will be up to date in no time!)
Some Disney stickers that I've never seen before (they're SO cool!) and they'll work perfectly in my album from this trip!
a pumpkin spice candle (my "favoritest" scent in the world!)
and a HUGE-mongous box of Reese's Pieces (I'm betting they don't make it to the weekend. . .they may not even make it through tonight!!)

Thank you, thank you , thank you to my SS! You made my day!!

(After all of that excitement, the UPS man also rang the door, and my PhotoPass CD came, as well as my almost 700 Snapfish prints from this past trip!!) AND, no bills today!!
