I'm guessing so. My trip in 2014 came with the magnet when booked at POP. No magnet this trip booked at CBR. I did receive the booklet twice this time.

I've received a book for all my bookings. I do book my own trips though. I just can't bring myself to share that magic!!So I just called Disney about the books. Essentially the castmember who answered my call said that if you book through a travel agent you don't get a book. BUT he also said if you are a returning guest to Disney you won't get one either and that kind of contradicts what I am seeing here on the boards. And he also said it depends on the area you live in if you are in their marketing area then you would get one. I don't think anyone knows really the rhyme or reason on who does and who doesn't get a book.
