Does anyone think there may be yet another FD offer for September? We missed out on the first round but an unexpected windfall allowed us to book under the current 20% discount for ASSp saving about $20 a night. Getting another crack at a FD discount would save another hundred instead.

How does calling for Pin codes work? Since we opted for DxDP did we cut ourselves out of discounts?

So frustrating! I am tired of calling once or twice a week to see if I have pin (the one and only time I got a pin for fd I never did receive an email or snail mail), checking my yahoo accounts, and saving trips on Disney's website.

I am booked with a bounceback I am happy to have but fd saves us wayyyy more.

With airfare so high for so many, along with gas prices for those driving, it seems like they'd want to relase the gp offer sooner this year.

So far our dates are covered in all the pins released, but the waiting game is wearing on my nerves.

I'm hoping for some kind of discount to come soon! We are booked for a Cars suite in AoA for Nov 4-9 at full price including a dining plan. We stayed in ASMu FS last time and aren't opposed to switching if whatever discount comes out doesn't include AoA. I think it's a little ridiculous that they wait so long to release fall discounts. I mean, most people need to plan their trips farther ahead. And I've been waiting to book a flight, but I'm starting to feel anxious about that. I've called several times to check to see if I have a PIN, and every time I've called I got person on the phone who seemed annoyed that I was asking. Ugh!!!

Apologies if this was asked or if you have done this but have you saved a trip with ASMu? I ask this because I saved a ASMu trip under my mom's account because I am thinking of staying at that resort in 2013 and pretty much immediately after she got two separate PINs trying to get her to switch to ASMu from AoA for our December trip. We are booked at AoA Cars suite for Dec 8-15 with upgraded dining plan at full price too.. so I feel your pain. We are not open to moving for this trip so I am prepared to pay it --it still stinks though!

Uh-oh... I really hope this is meaningless, but I just priced out — or tried to — my existing ressie at AoA LM 11/1-10, and it showed only suites available, at nearly twice the price!

I really hope this is a system glitch, because if they're booked up for LM this early, I can't see them doing FD that includes AoA LM... That's a costly problem for me, too...

It looks like only your last night is sold out in the LM rooms b/c when I pull up availability for 11/1-9, the LM rooms are available.

I don't know if that's good or bad... LOL If that one night is sold out entirely, it still doesn't sound good for FD availability unless I get a PIN very soon. By the time a GP FD is released, there may not be any LM left for FD, or maybe at all. Guess I need to put the pedal to the medal on my tax return!

I'm getting the same kind of weirdness for my dates. If I put in say 11/18-11/26, I can get a LM room, but if I SHORTEN the stay to 11/18-11/25, I can't get a LM room. That makes NO sense at all . I'm hoping it's a system glitch. My only consolation is if FD comes out, and we can't keep our LM room, we will most likely upgrade to a mod. I just REALLY need FD to come out, or we'll have to shorten our trip from 12 days to 8 . --Katie

I would call everyday in hopes of catching a cancellation. Yesterday I made a reservation a few days earlier than I wanted because my days weren't available. I called back today to make payment and had CM check and the dates I wanted were OPEN! I bet there are tons of folks calling about the LM rooms and the CM gives them a 7-10 day hold. It may show up as unavailable.

I hope that's what's going on. That 11/10 weekend seems to be a major problem. I tried to add a night, to check out 11/11, and the CM couldn't find a single room. She said she looked "in a few places," which I took to mean perhaps lists of ones that hadn't been cleared yet from being on hold, and still nothing...
