PI: Operations Management...Location STILL TBD
Northbridge: Ew. No....JK! It's not THAT bad!
Pets: None...but I don't really mind most animals
Furnished/Unfurnished: I have 1 bedroom, dining room and living room set. So unfurnished!
Price Range If I get a 1bedroom I'm paying at least 850. So 850 - 900 is my high range. My friend who is in FL says she pays about 200$ for all her utilities (cable, phone, electricity, etc.)
Additional Comments: I'm pretty easy going, I'm a big Disney fan, I like helping people, I LOVE going out to dance but I'm honestly not a huge partier (1x or 2xs a month is usually good for me), non smoker, love weekend trips to the beach!

I'd be willing to go up to around $900/month for rent and utilities, but it'd be great if it was more like $700-$800/month (I'm really not sure how expensive utilities are in FL, so if anyone has an idea let me know!). As I'm coming from CT I'd prefer furnished, but I'll take unfurnished as well.

Are people still looking for housemates? I've found some furnished vacation rentals that can do 7 month leases. These places are pretty great, some of them have private screened in pools and a lot of them are within about 5 miles of property (most are in Kissimmee along 192, so they're closer to AK and MGM). Rents are running about $1500-$1800/month for 3 and 4 bedroom units, but I don't know if this price includes all utilities. If anyone's interested let me know. I'm also talking to some people on facebook, so if you want to message me there feel free!

One of my friends was accepted for her PI today! So we are going to room together! Very excited! It's one less thing to worry about!
A tip on the vacation rentals, if it has a pool check to see if they require you to purchase the pool heaters. When I was looking a lot of them required you to buy the heat reguardless of the time of year you were renting. The cost was $5/day and higher! Having a pool can add a lot of cost so that's something you want to ask them about upfront! Good luck!

Hi All! I'll be starting as Front Office in Coronado Springs. I own a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Hunter's Creek. It's about a 15 min drive from Disney and in a really nice area. I'd be willing to rent out my spare (fully furnished) room to another fellow Fall PI. Non-smoking females only, please! The guest room has a king size bed, dresser, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and couch with a large bathroom (it is the guest bathroom so I'd ask that you keep it neat in case of any visitors). It's a really nice gated complex with a gym, pool and security. I have everything you'd need in the condo since I live here year round so you wouldn't have to bring much. There's a Target down the street and a shopping center (Old Navy, Kohls, Ross, Best Buy, lots of restaurants, etc) about a mile away. I do have a medium sized very friendly dog - so you'd have to like dogs (but no more animals, please!). The price is $400 plus half of electric and cable (includes internet) - i'll cover water and security fees (since I am compulsive about doing laundry and I feel that security fees are really the responsibility of the homeowner). I'm a 25 year old female, recently graduated with my Master's in Hospitality, very laid back and just looking for a responsible roommate and hopefully friend! I don't need a neat freak but somebody who will keep things clean and responsible enough to pay their rent!
