Fall '08 Professional Internship: Roommates!

Hi All! I'll be starting as Front Office in Coronado Springs. I own a 2 bed 2 bath condo in Hunter's Creek. It's about a 15 min drive from Disney and in a really nice area. I'd be willing to rent out my spare (fully furnished) room to another fellow Fall PI. Non-smoking females only, please! The guest room has a king size bed, dresser, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and couch with a large bathroom (it is the guest bathroom so I'd ask that you keep it neat in case of any visitors). It's a really nice gated complex with a gym, pool and security. I have everything you'd need in the condo since I live here year round so you wouldn't have to bring much. There's a Target down the street and a shopping center (Old Navy, Kohls, Ross, Best Buy, lots of restaurants, etc) about a mile away. I do have a medium sized very friendly dog - so you'd have to like dogs (but no more animals, please!). The price is $400 plus half of electric and cable (includes internet) - i'll cover water and security fees (since I am compulsive about doing laundry and I feel that security fees are really the responsibility of the homeowner). I'm a 25 year old female, recently graduated with my Master's in Hospitality, very laid back and just looking for a responsible roommate and hopefully friend! I don't need a neat freak but somebody who will keep things clean and responsible enough to pay their rent!

Are you still looking for a roomate? I am starting my PI in the Entertainment Resource Center in mid August (it's only 4 months - bummer.) But I'm looking for a place to stay since Northbridge doesn't look too hot. Maybe we could work something out? (I am waiting on one other option, but it might fall through...) Hey everyone! I know it's a little late in the game, but I was just offered my PI a few days ago! I'll be doing the "Data Collection Specialist" internship. Is anyone still looking for a roommate? I've lived in NorthBridge before but I'd like to be closer to the parks this time around.

Myself and my future roomate (another female) are looking to rent out the third bedroom in our 3/2 condo. It's 6 miles from Disney, and only $400/month, not including utilities. Plus it's on Seven Dwarf Drive
