Faith's MAW "Super" Wish Trip! 3/2-3/8

Faith was showing her sassy side this morning. She informed me that Cinderella does not need a tiara because she has Baymax!

Actually, I think she is right. That looks way better than any tiara!

I was thinking about some of the supplies we need while we are at GKTW. Has anyone ever used Amazon Pantry to ship items to the villas before arrival?

Sorry I kind of disappeared for a bit. Received a call Thursday that my mom was in critical condition in Seattle. I flew out to be with her (thank you built up air miles) Friday. She peacefully passed away a couple hours after I arrived.

Faith's Wish Reveal party was held on Wednesday. She was so excited! It was held at our local Olive Garden. They had the party room decorated with a whole bunch of balloons. She was so excited to be the "star". After the reveal was over and we had eaten our dinners, she took all the balloons except one and handed them out to families in the restaurant. She figured everyone should be part of the party. We leave Monday at 6am!!!!

This has been a day.

Major winter storm hit here. Lots of snow and airport delays and cancellations. This could affect our morning flight due to the ripple effect, and possibly even cancel us. So, uh, whoever ticked off Elsa....please apologize.

Took Daisy Mae to the "Doggie School" (in the snow) and the new paperwork from the vet didn't have her rabies vaccination on it so they weren't going to let her stay! They also couldn't locate their paper file from previous stays and it was not noted in the computer. I was in tears because it was 6pm on a Sunday night before a 6am leave time. They agreed to take her overnight but that if I couldn't get the rabies certificate to them by noon tomorrow, someone would have to come and get Daisy because they would not keep her. Never mind the fact that she has stayed there several times before.

Once we got back home I found the certificate and they let me email it in, so all is ok there.

Then my oldest daughter called and she is sick. Not just "sick" but fever, throwing up sick. I told her if she thinks she is too sick to go on the trip of a lifetime, then she is probably too sick to go. So she might not make it and Faith is sooooooo excited to see her.

And now......now Faith won't sleep. She drowses out for a few minutes then startles herself awake asking "Is it morning yet????"

It's going to be a long night!

But if all goes according to plan.....

IN 9 HOURS WE LEAVE!!!!!!

We made it!!!!

We got the chance to meet the unbeleivably sweet PJ! She helped Faith do her star and make her special pillow!

And unlimited ice cream? Heaven!

Today is Faiths wish day so we are headed to Universal Studios.
