Fairytale Packages

Okay here is my story:

Me, DB, 2 DS (11 & 13)

6 nights PO Riverside, UPH Passes, Mears Tansfers and RT airfair Bradley International CT is $ 2781.00.

Called TA, added one night and now it is $ 2774.00 somehow I saved $8.00 to stay an extra day!

I can't possible pass this one up!

That's great news!! You have to love Pixie dust.

Now that I have the last confirmation clutched tightly in my hand, I can breathe again and announce that I have saved $4100 with the FTP on the reservations I made last November.

BCV, 9/6-9/13. One, 2-bedroom, two, 1-bedroom, and one studio. Seven adults, a junior, a child and a toddler. They consistently told me that the two-bedroom wasn't available, and I consistently called back until it eventually was. I would probably have saved a little more, but I broke one 2-bedroom villa into the two 1-bedroom villas when the FTP first came out and didn't even try to change it back.

We'll spend it, but now we can spread it out more.

Me, DH, DS2, DS4 October 18-25
FTP, All Star Sports, RoundTrip Airfare From Providence,Mears transportation,Vacation Protection Plan = $2492

When I was checking price quotes we could have went for 2 weeks September 27- October 11th for less. Couldn't though because of hubbys work schedule. Oh well.

POR standard view for 9/20-9/27
Me, DW and 1 DD(8) and 2 DS(2)
$1,376.69 no insurance

I had ressies for thankgiving but decided to pull DD out of school
for a week and save a whole lot of MONEY!!! DD is very bright and
will not have a problem keeping up. Also figured with low crowds that it would be easier on the twins and less aggravating not having to wait in long lines.

Thanks,
Clement5

Looks like great deals still to be had!!! Keep your fingers crossed and shoot mega Pixie-Dust my way!! Thanks.

I'm taking my 3 children (7,5 and 2) and my dad. I have booked
2 lodge/woods view rooms at the Wilderness Lodge for 7 nights (10/25 - 11/1). Plus airfare (roundtrip from Dayton OH on US Air), Mears and insurance for a total of approximately $4380. This is several hundred dollars less than my room only reservation for 7 nights (value season) in November for 2 GV rooms at the Poly. I will have to take the 2 oldest out of school, but I don't think it's going to ruin them in Kindergarten and 1st grade. This timing also allow us to go to the MNSSHP and hopefully allows for better swimming weather.

The cheapest airfare I found was an internet deal at AirTran for $69 each way. These flights were ok, but involved long lay overs (3 hours) in Atlanta. When I priced the whole package out separately, the price differential was $25 more for the Disney package, (but I get better flight schedules and lay overs in Pittsburgh and Charlotte - less busy airports and US Air hubs), so I figured I was getting a pretty good deal.

I can't wait to get there!

Board Walk Inn. 2 adults, 3 children
7 nights end of July--2600.00

(land only-we did our air seperate, which was 751.00 for 5!!!good old Air Tran! LOVE that airline)
I'm so excited about staying at BWI, I was at the Dolphin last time, which I loved but I am happy to try another resort. I love the location of the boardwalk.

I'm just not sure about what room to request yet.

edited to say: My TA booked this for us, she is a gem!

We had intended on going next year when our youngest would be almost 2 but I heard about the FTP and...

We decided to take my parents as a combined gift for their 60th birthdays.

We are staying in a two-bedroom BoardWalk villa the last week in July.

Without air, the price for the seven nights was $3694.00.

I was also able to get a great rates for preferred tee times ($70) for my husband and for a minivan rental ($290 out the door).

We couldn't pass up this opportunity. I just hope we can take the heat.

September 30- October 7 ASMU $1465 for Myself, dh, dd (13) and ds (6) Taking Amtrak from Maine to Orlando for $600! So it's just over $2000 for all four of us!

My husband hasn't let me book yet, but if I only have to book for 3 of us it will be that much cheaper!

Chi-mom:
We're going Southwest out of Midway. Keep an eye on their website daily - sometimes they open up additional seats in the "promotional fare" categories and then you have to jump on it.

Osugrad148:
See you there! You got a GREAT price! I wanted to save a few bucks and do GV as well, but this is probably our only chance to do the "castle view" thing for awhile and by the time that chance comes up again, our 7 yr old daughter will probably be out of the "princess fascination stage".:earsgirl:

This will be our first time at WDW and I'm SO HAPPY!
