Fairy Godmothers question

Can anyone tell me what form of payment Fairy Godmothers will accept? Do I need to bring enough cash to pay them or will they take anything else?

They told me cash or traveler check only, 4 hour minimum PLUS $12 transportation fee. Tip is at your discretion. I tipped, the girl we had seemed generally thrilled and surprised, which made me think it is not the norm???
