Prior to our Magic cruises we stop by The Perfect Gift to visit Shirley & Norm. Last year Shirley took DD(5) to the "Fairy Fountain" in her store where she made a wish. With a little help from Shirley, and Daddy making an unknown trip to Walgreens, the Fairies delivered DD(5) wish - a stuffed elephant- to our stateroom aboard the Magic.
Once again on 2/27 we stopped by The Perfect Gift where DD6 made another wish! I found out she wished for a LIVE Guinea Pig! Shirley smiled and said good luck! A few days into the cruise I went to Guest Services where Ana wrote a beautiful note from "The Good Fairy". It said that live Guinea Pigs were not allowed on the ship, but she hoped she would enjoy her new stuffed seahorse toy! Later that day when DD6 came back to the room the note was on our table, sprinkled with pixie dust! DD6 was thrilled, and said the fairy knew that a seahorse was better than a live guinea pig!
