Face painting was offered in Dec 2021 at Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Disney Springs. We did not look for it in the other parks.

I walked by someone doing Henna in Animal Kingdom in November. I had some done via the FB group Ear for Each Other...which is comprised of furloughed CMs.
