We are paying for DDP this yr and I'm looking forward to snacking around the world during the F&W festival. Does anyone know if I can use a CS credit and get say 2 lobster rolls vs. 1 Snack credit for a single roll? Or kabobs or whatever. Just wondering if they'll accept CS credits and give you more. Or at least if they did it in the past..and might do it again this year. :goodvibes TIA for the help!

No one will know most likely until the F&W Fest comes around in Sept.
Last year I saw several items that had a DDP emblem beside them. But I think they were DDP snack credits. I would be surprised if a meal credit could be used. But never say never.
I know guests paying for snacks with DDP really held up the payment lines. I hope Disney has a better handle on their system this year to handle DDP credits at the food kiosks.

You could use snack credits only last year. Rumor has it that they are not going to do that this year though. :confused3 But we will not know until the festival starts and someone reports back.

I hope that's not true. I'm so excited about having all those snack credits. If we can't use them at the food booths I don't know what I'll do with them all. :sad1:

I would be so bummed too. I was really hoping to munch around the world. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

The F&W festival has not allowed CS credits to be used, only Snack Credits.

DDP snack credits for this year is assumed, but who knows :confused3

That seems odd. I mean, maybe they won't give you any more for the CS than they would for a snack....but at our resort last year when we had extra CS credits, they let us use them on snacks to bring home on the plane...and then we gave away 2 others to a family checking in. It may not be the most economical use, but I would think you could use them.

I was just hoping they might not only let you use them, but let them actually count for more than the snack credit. Sounds like that's a definite no. oh well. Will have to avoid some Mickey bars in other parks so I have plenty for munching around the world when we visit!:goodvibes
