Ok - I need help. I've never been to disney and am planning my first trip and have found these boards helpful already. Can you help me again? I just looked up the hours for the days we'll be there (on the Disney website) - during Spring break and MK opens at 8am and closes at 12am. It has extra magic hours every morning and 1 evening while we'll be there. Does that mean it opens at 7am for us staying in a disney resort? And what time will it close then - the extra magic hours say up to 3 hours but I can't imagine it'll stay open til 3am so will it stay open only til 1am then? Still seems very late to me. Same with all the parks? The hours posted on the disney site seemed to not include that extra magic hour - am I correct?

TIA

Yes. It DOES mean 3 hours after the POSTED closing time.
(12mid posted closing = 3am EMH Closing)
Yes. It DOES mean 1 hour before the posted opening time.
(8am posted opening = 7am EMH opening)

Remember to take ALL of your room "key-cards" to the parks on EMH days.
They are your PROOF that each person is staying on-property.

For evenings, you will get a special wrist-band to allow you to ride any olpen EMH attractions (you must show a valid room key-card for each adult member of your party to get the wrist-band.)

In the morning EMH, you must show at least one room-key (along with regular park admission tickets) for your party to be admitted to the park early.
