Could you explain me how EMH work exactly ? I'm going to be a disney guest. I've heard that people who want to enjoy EMH had to take a wristband at Guests Relations 2 hours prior closure time. But what if I am not in that park at that time ?

Not a problem, when you do turn up they will check your ticket, make sure you're eligible and give you a wristband then.

All WDW guests are entitled to the EMH program in which one park opens an hour ealier and another remains open for three additional hours. For the evening EMH wristband distribution starts either 2 or 3 hours before the EMH begins at several locations within the EMH park, not at Guest Relations. If you go over to either allearsnet.com or wdwinfo.com you can get the locations.
You do NOT have to be in the EMH park during the wristband distribution. You can arrive anytime after it has started and as a WDW resort guest you will be admitted and given wristands. Non WDW resort guests can remain in the evening EMH park to shop, eat, walk around, but then cannot do any of the rides and attractions. The Cast Members are very dilligent in checking for the wristands.

Can I go to a different park in the morning and show up at the EMH park after the extra hours started and still get in with my KTTK card?

The information posted above is accurate; but I might add that the CMs were not checking for the wristbands in the Magic Kingdom the evening of Sunday, March 19, until one hour AFTER the park had officially closed for the general public (10:00 pm). I noticed this at Buzz Lightyear, the 3-D show, and at Peter Pan.

However as the evening moved into the second hour of EMH, the CMs did start checking the bands. I don't know if this is standard practice, or if that particular day was an exception.

Not complaining, just an observation I made. I said nothing to the CMs.
