Extra magic hours for waterpark?

When do they release the extra magic hours for Blizzard Beach or Typhoon Lagoon. Trying to plan our days for our trip to May and would like to go to the waterparks on a EMH.
 
It appears that the only water park EMH this year will be Blizzard on Thursday Mornings during most of the summer.
