Extra magic hours changed!?

WE are only hopping one day and mk had extra hours at night.. That was it everytime I checked. Now today I see that's no longer and now ak has am hours( 8-9a) and no more mk. Strange! It's for 8/24. Does this happen a lot?

Doesn't happen often and hours shifted to another day.

Also looks like the MK hours moved to the 23rd instead of the 24th

Thanks. We had planned HS, then ak then mk and saved fast passes for mk. Now it might make more sense to do ak then fast pass HS then mk. Grr!
Just made fastpasses and now need to rethink.

With EMH at AK I would still do HS first.

HS at rope drop will allow you to do Toy Story and others that you want to do through about noon.
AK in the afternoon will be quieter and allow you to get through really everything as most people will have already had a long day at this smaller park.
Finally having the FP+ for MK in the evening starting around 6:30 giving you time to leave AK at 5PM will allow you to blitz through some of the longer wait rides for MK. Not to mention with EMHs for MK the day before most people will likely have had a long day at MK the day before and being taking this day to go elsewhere.

Other likely have other thoughts but that's mine based on the planning we are doing right now.
