I would absolutely expect fairly substantial crowds from President's Day through Feb 25 or so. If it weren't going to be crowded, WDW wouldn't be charging peak rates for those dates.
yep we'll be there the 21th the 25th. Just hoping for some good weather which we really haven't had much of so far here in Florida and at least one day with a decent crowd level. We have DS, DDIL, & DGD coming down and they will probably think it is warm no matter what after the weather they have been having in RI but a few warm sunny days would be nice.

When I booked, the RO rates were lower at that time, even following Pres Day. I thought that was unusual, but the lowest $ nights was what I was looking for, so it's what I reserved.
I've never gone to WDW in Feb, but it may be more crowded than I've expected it to be....
For about as long as I remember they used to have one or two nights a week that the would have late hours. Those would be the days/nights we would go to that park and loved being there after dark. Even last Feb they had 8pm closings on the weekends when we were there but shortly after that they began their shortened hours. I had heard they were going to bring back the evenings again - glad it's actually happening!
We go the last week in February every 2 years (NH school vacation week). The first half of the week tends to be a bit busier due to overlapping other state school vacations the week before. Over the years the crowds have seemed to grow but they are not unbearable. Our family does use the fastpass system quite a bit so our experience might be different this year. We also are night owls and love night EMH. Sometimes it feels like we have the park to ourselves!
