Hello!

I need to vent off some of my Disney energy before I drive those around me crazy.

There are 10 of us going.
My parents in their 60's
DH and I in our 30's
My brother and his girlfriend in their 20's
My stepson 9
Daughter 5
Twin boys who will be 1 month shy of 2

We will be staying at Bay Lake Tower in the 3 bedroom villa, theme park view. :cool1:

We chose BLT so we could have easy walking access to MK. The pool there is also a 0 depth entry with a splash pad, huge perk when you've got two little ones who wont be of swimming age yet. The large villa will be plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have private space while allowing us common space to gather and group up for our daily adventures.

I have started my spreadsheet planning. We have 3 groups of people that are used to doing things independent of one another and at this time everyone is voicing a desire to do everything together. Common sense tells me that there is no way 10 people will end up doing everything together so my planning is with that in mind.

Rough daily outline.

Great spreadsheet! :thumbsup2
I would maybe plan one TS per day for everyone. That's a good place to meet up daily.

Most of the dining and FP+ times are filler until my windows open up and I can get firm reservations to plan around.

Joining in! Sounds like a great trip. BLT looks fantastic! Love the spread sheet. You definitely need that to coordinate your group of 10. ;);)

We're 24 days out! I was able to get all the FP+ and ADR times pretty close to my original schedule, including a 10 person FP for Anna and Elsa. Now that times are set I'm getting into the nitty gritty of planning.

Eight of us went to Universal during the summer, spur of the moment completely unplanned, and I'm definitely using that as a learning experience for Disney. One of the biggest headaches was quick service meals, picking a restaurant, finding seating, taking orders, carrying stuff to the table. So right now I'm printing out, at a glance menus for the quick service restaurants in each park, so the group can stand in one place and decide where we want to eat. I also printed out an "order form" to fill out for the whole family so one person can do all the ordering without having to worry they forgot something or someone as well as check off that they received all the food and drinks ordered.
