Express Pass question, first time off-site

Going over Thanksgiving but staying off-site. I'm going to buy tickets on Wednesday 11/25 (non-park day, I'm an APH so buying at park for discount) and buy Express Passes for Saturday 11/28 online now. Can I order for will-call kiosk and pick up the Saturday EP on that Wednesday when I get the tickets, or must I pick up the EPs on Saturday? Or should I just bite the bullet and ship FedEx?

I think you can pick them up whenever you like. They are date specific, so you wouldn't be able to use them early anyways.
