Express pass and Portofino Bay 1 night stay

Im assuming the answer is no here, but for a one night stay can you get an express pass for check-in and check-out day? I'd be happy to book another night, as the cost of 4 express passes is the same as the room! But they are booked up the second night. We have a 7 night stay at the Poly next month and are popping over to Universal for two days to do all of the HP stuff.

Your express pass is your room keycard. It’s good for both check in and check out days.

Yes, they will. On checking in as early as 6.30, you will be issued with room keys for everyone registered in the room to be used as your EP.

It’s really not a big deal for the hotel, your room isn’t going to be ready then. They will just text you when it is.
