Express after four sharing question

Hello, me and my husband have purchased premier AP’s and have already activated our passes and have been enjoying express after 4pm. I purchased an additional pass for my little sister, however her pass is the power pass and will not have express. My question is, if he doesn’t come to the park with us, could we use his annual premier pass as a second express pass after four for her? Or will it not scan because he is not in the park? Is it worth trying? Thanks

In a let’s say hypothetical situation though, do you know for sure it wouldn’t scan? I’m wondering if the technology is smart enough to turn the express pass on and off when the owner enters the park via their fingerprint. I know, for example, she could use my express pass while I am in the park because there is no photo. But it gets sticky with his because he is not in the park. It seems like such a niche situation that there may be a loophole here.
