What do you all know about booking through www.explorethemagic.com? We have always booked directly through Disney, but I found this site today and they say they are paid by Disney and can find you a better deal. Sounds too good to be true and I am skeptical. I need feedback.

They probably are referring to you would not pay them a fee. Disney pays them a commission.
As with any TA, make sure they are there for you as if you book through them, that is who you will be working with. Not Disney.

I don't know about them, but I personally prefer booking through Disney direct because I like knowing that I can call Disney directly whenever they are open and not have to wait for the TA to be open or available. Every TA I have worked with has been awesome and very helpful, so don't take me wrong. I just like knowing that if a better deal comes out on a sunday or after TA hours, that I can call and get it ASAP. I am sure someone will come along shortly who can help you more. Good luck!

I'm sure whatever deals are released, you'd be able to call Disney and get it applied to your reservation yourself. I like to have control over my reservation and NEVER use TAs.
