Kevin the "snipe" from Up, a movie I love. (I miss having the "Location" line show up under the avatar because mine was Dug's line, "I am here with the Bird.") I was posting on the Pixar Planet site when Up came out; someone had a link to the official Disney Australian site for the movie which had a "build an avatar" thing, and that's where she came from. I kind of feel now that I couldn't change my avatar if I wanted to because Kevin is now my "face" here.

Did you know you can put that in yourself under your avatar? There are no more "tags" now but you can put 50 characters of anything you want in the place they used to go.

I'm a digi scrapper (which is actually how I ended up on The DIS, there was a huge thread here) and it's the cover page I made for our 2014 trip. My kids in front of the Disneyland sign. It was already square, sized for the web and appropriately themed.

Click on your username in the upper right of the screen. A window should pop up with a box for "Custom Title". Type it in there. It will replace the words "DIS Veteran" in the avatar you have now.

Hmmm...are you actually "clicking" on your username or just "hovering" on it? If you hover you don't see the same options as when you click. That's about all I can think of.

I live in Georgia and like Sleeping Beauty (I'm sooo jealous of all the sleep she got. LOL) so when I went looking for a Sleeping Beauty Avatar I found this Minnie in the Sleeping Beauty dress and whose pose I thought looked sort of southernish - kind of like she's about to giggle and say "Bless her heart".

And so that is how it became my board avatar.
