Expiring Tickets

We are looking into canceling our October 2020 trip and moving it to October or November 2021. Our tickets from Undercover expire 9/26/2021. Is anyone having luck with Disney moving the expiration date? We really don’t want to go in September because school just starts and don’t want to do summer trip. We are fall travelers.

At this time, I doubt they'll adjust that expiration date for you. Once tickets for 2021 become available for sale, they will allow you to "upgrade" to your new dates. But honestly, that's more than a year off and I'd just wait it out for a while.

The original modification was until Dec 15th. Now they have given guests until Sept, 2021....although only one of my guests tickets from March and May have been changed..most say Dec.

I think its more than fair to allow guests well a year to use tickets with no upgrade fee, It will not work for everyone.

Guests should be able to travel during their usual time of year and not have to adjust their dates for Disney‘s expiration date.

Guests still can travel when they want, They simply wont be eligible for the free extension to the ticket if they can’t travel earlier,
