BTW, my flip-flops shipped today, not DD's though since hers were waitlisted. Someone on slickdeals said this sale is JCrew getting rid of their 07 stock and she assumed that all the waitlisted orders would be canceled. I don't know, we'll see, I wouldn't have thought they would have given a specific backorder date of 4/8/08 if they weren't getting more in.

Today when I enter my order #, it's saying "the order # you typed in was not found". Earlier in the week, the website was telling me that my order was "waitlisted." It looks like I won't be receiving my flip flops after all. They didn't even send an email to tell me that the order had been cancelled by them.

I received one pair of flip flops yesterday - the pink flip flop ones.

Those are the same one's I ordered. I was a little nervous about the size since someone on slickdeals said they run small after I had already ordered my usual size 10 but I tried them on and they fit okay. They definitely run a bit smaller than my Teva flip-flops but they're not so small that I can't wear them.

I'm still hoping DD gets hers and that everyone here on the DIS gets theirs ...they're very cute, especially for $4 and change, and I can't wait to wear them on my cruise in 2 weeks!!

I got my pink drinks flipflops yesterday. They are a bit snug, but I expected that b/c I have wide feet and flipflops don't normally accomodate for that. But they'll be just fine for hanging out on sunny days.

grrr. I just checked my order status, and it says that both of my items are cancelled. I'm on hold with CS right now. I am sooo not a happy camper. OK - according to the CS "Manager" - they were just advised TODAY that they will NOT be getting in another shipment of this product. So, they are "in the process of sending out emails". Why sell something that you're not going to have in stock/ or re-order?! I was pleased with the fact that they were going to stand behind their price mistake, but this just irkes me. Oh well... like I said before, both my sister and I are flip-flop junkies, and we will NOT be purchasing them from JCREW. Or anything else for that matter.
