Expired Film

Is it okay to use film that has expired?

How expired is it and where has it been?

It is for sale on eBay, some is expired 2 years, some 3 and they state they were in an air conditioned area. It is the Poloroid I-Zone sticker film, I can't seem to find it any place else otherwise I wouldn't be considering buying expired film.

Maybe check out with someone who knows, like a photographer before you do your money on a maybe dud.

Sometimes expired film is okay, sometimes it isn't. It wouldn't hurt your camera to try it or anything, but the pictures might not come out.

I have used expired 35mm film before. The colors in the developed pictures were wayyyyy off. Yellow mostly.
I don't know about poloriod film.

I might try if it was cheap.

I would think Polaroid film is more sensitive and dependent on freshness than ordinary film. 3 years out is a long time past expiry.

Yeah, I think by now Polorid film would be too far gone. I kept some for 1 year past and they didn't turn out at all.
