Expired Code/never received email?

After reading posts on this thread, I decided to call Disney to see if there was a pin code attached to my name, I was amazed that there was, I have never received a pin code (that I was aware of), but the pin code was expired as of July 17th . I never received an email or anything in the mail!!! Will I ever get one again, has this happened to anyone else?

I had booked a room only reservation with a code however decided wanted a package later. The code had expired but the disney representative put me on hold and had someone add the code back in so she could book with it. I would call back and explain and see if they can help you.
