Expiration Question

I am looking at a BWV resale with a Dec UY. I want to know if the conract expires in Dec 31, 2042, or do I get until Nov. 30 2043 to use my 2042 points? I know its not a huge deal and there might be an extension offered, but I want to know everything that I can think of before I buy.

BWV Contracts expire 31 January 2042. As do BCV, VWL, OKW (Orginal), HHI & VB.

SSR is 31 January 2054, OKW (extended) & AKV are 31 January 2057 and BLT & VGC are 31 January 2060.

So would I get Dec 2041 points, that have to be used by Jan 31 2042? So I would only have 2 months to use those points?

That's the way the contract works.

No one know what is going to happen the last couple years. It's pretty clear Disney will have to do something, as it just won't work with everyone trying to get in their last year of points.
