Expedition Everest schedule for next 2 weeks?

Does anyone know the schedule for Expedition Everest over the next two weeks (from February 13-23)?

Will it still be open for AP holders? Or a soft opening for the general public?

According to a post over on the theme parks board it is now open to everybody although not all day.
