Exotic Rasul

On the 8/9 Wonder sailing when you purchased the weeklong Rainforest pass for 2 people you rec'd the Exotic Rasul for free and that also included a glass of champagne. This was listed on the Spa Specials sheet they handed out at the Open House on embarkation day. In order to take advantage of the special, you had to purchase the weeklong Rainforest pass on embarkation day.

Not sure if this is offered on every sailing or not. But definately check the Spa Open House to see what specials they are offering. Hope this helps.

I hope that they will offer this on our cruise. We always get a length of cruise Rainforest Room pass anyway. We were surprised then they did not do a couple's pass on the Panama Canal Cruise. They have always offered this on the Magic. We still both got a length of cruise pass. We had a similar offer on another cruise line.

What is the cost of exotic rasaul now? I had seen that it was $89 and I thought that was for a couple but when I looked on the reservations page for my cruise it said per person. So almost $180 for a couple? Also when I made the reservation we just put down one of us, like you do for Palo. Was I supposed to make it for two. And we are sailing on the Magic Western Carribean, Nov 26th 2011. What is the likelyhood that they will offer the free exotic rasaul with the weeklong Rainforest pass? That weeklong pass for $180 is that for one person or for a couple? And the free exotic rasaul that comes with it, is that for one person or a couple? Sorry lots of questions, the only thing we've done in the spa before is massages.

I don't know the cost, but when you sign up, you just sign up for one person, and that cost allows you to bring one other person in. So I think you did it correctly. Enjoy!

Even with the slippery floors and too-small benches! I still can't wait! I do hope that they don't take out the steam in the steam room though. Please Disney... just wait a LITTLE while longer!!!

Most just make their own steam in that room....

Good question, I was going to ask the same thing...I want to try it but if it is 89.00 per person and they are adding 18% gratuity( which I am ALL about tipping, but it makes no sense for this service? Isnt it a one on one between privacy type of thing? So that would make this treatment roughly 205.00. That seems a bit steep being that it was always only 89.00.....

I would call, but if I remember correctly it has always been listed that way since it is only under one persons name.

We are considering doing the Exotic Rasul. However, what is the 18% tip for??? I thought this was a "self-service" treatment.

I am all for tipping for services provided, but I have problems for tipping for self-service items. Just saying.

I agree, the tip is for the attendant cleaning. If I get a chance I will call to clarify if it's per person or couple.

It has said per person for a while now, not just when they added the 18% grat. We've been doing the rasul for years & have always only been charged $89 for the 2 of us.

& As for the 18% gratuity, I'm sure you can have that removed and add whatever you deem acceptable for any treatment, just like you can with your tips for your dining service team and room steward(ess).

DW and I have booked Rasul on every trip on the Magic and Wonder and were charged for one person. The controls for the steam have been spotty in the past but we always made the best of it and enjoyed our "alone time".We are looking forward to booking this for our cruise next september on the refurbished Magic.It's probably the most exotic thing that's offered by Disney
