Exit off of Oaceola?

Does anyone know when heading east from AK on Osceola Parkway if there is an exit for Poincianna Blvd? Going to the Magical Memories office and want to avoid 192 if possible.

Also it looks like the nearest Wachovia ATM is on 535. Does anyone know if there is an exit for 535 off of Osceola?
