This morning I swam for 40 minutes.

Who's next ????????
 
i just got in from a 30 min walk............................
 
count me in for a 50 minute Cathe total body muscle shaping workout :cool1:

Next?
 

I did hour+ walking/jogginh outside-about 5.5 miles and some toning with stability ball.
Next...
 
Today it was so nice out I had to get outside. I went for a 35 minute walk.

Next?
 
20 min treadmill and will do my weights for 20 min when i get home this eve :flower:
 
I did a 25 minute ab work out (Firm BSS1 ab sculpt). So, who's next?
 
Me! I worked out twice today, running in the morning (4.29 miles in 35:11) and Curves during lunch, since I have a business dinner tonight. I'm proud of myself for rearranging my schedule to fit in my Curves workout!

Whooooooooo's next? :p
 
15 min on bike and 45 min on treadmill. Nice here but don't know how safe walking outdoors is around the hotel. It would have been better than the treadmill

I did lower body weights, abs, rowing machine, elliptical trainer and recumbent bike for a total of 140 minutes.
