This morning I swam for 50 minutes.

Who's next???????

 I just finished 5 miles on the elliptical. It was a lot easier this morning as it is a little warmer in my garage this morning, I do hate those freezing cold mornings, makes it harder to get going.

Next?

40 minutes strength training, 20 minutes on the x-trainer. It is so hard to get to the gym when there is enough snow in the driveway to shovel, but I am telling myself that if I can go when there is snow--then I have no reason to stay home when it is nice outside! :sunny:

I did a Cathe tape this morning

Next???????

This morning I rode my exercise bike for 30 minutes and did 30 minutes of upper body training. :flower:

Who's Next?

This morning I did Firm Super body sculpt (upper body and lower body).

WATP this morning before work! I hope I'm not the last one posting, but I wouldn't be surprised!

:cool1:

Nope, Hollyann you're not the last!!!!

I did 50 minutes lower body weights and abs. Plus 40 minutes shoveling.

Any more late comers?

Add me....better late than never....and I REALLY didn't want to do anything....but I did 1 mile WATP.....better something than nothing too!!!

Anybody else?

I worked out twice today, jogging in the morning (4.4 miles in 40 minutes) and Curves after work.

I did a mile on the treadmill this morning. Second day in a row. I just have to keep this up for a week and then start with 2 miles per day next week.

Anyone else?

I went to Curves in the afternoon and in the evening walked for a 1/2 hour on the treadmill.

I did the treadmill for 35 minutes. I set it on the glut course with lots of inclines and ran for about 20 minutes and walked for about 15 minutes.

I'm coming here for confession...I didn't get my TM'ing done yesterday. One of those crazy days and I really didn't feel like getting on there at 10pm last night. I just finished this morning, so I'm going to post there. I want to get in the habit of posting on these daily exercise threads even if I don't so that I will be inspired to say I did!!

Good going everyone.

30 minutes on exercise bike and 15 minutes on treadmill. :) I also did 5-10 minutes of the ellipitcal but its too tough for me. ;)
