I did the Ab Firm Sculpt and arm weights.

I went to the gym first thing this morning and did 35 minutes or cardio.
 
I got moving today too! Did my L.S. 49 minute Dvd. Today was the first day since I started that I really didn't feel like it but made myself.....feel better now that I did it! Off to work...
Any one else ??

I did Fit & Lite and Daily Workout w/ Denise Austin.

Wow! after being away for over a week, I sure did work up a sweat.
 
I did leg lifts & crunches this morning along with Pilates on the Ball. This afternoon I did 30 minutes on the excercise bike.

I did the Denise Austin Power Yoga this morning. I wanted to do Tae Bo but my back is still killing me so the Yoga is better.
 
btwn the raindrops today I took
1/2hr walk around noontime and
15min walk around 4pm
 
When I got home this evening I did the ab sculpt portion of Firm super body sculpt with Stephanie Corley. It's a short but intense work out. Those planks are killers!
 
I had two workouts today, jogging in the morning (3.6 miles in 35 minutes) and Curves after work. :teeth:
