I get to start the thread again today! I did Firm super body sculpt (upper and lower body portions) with Stephanie Corley this morning.

How about you?
 
20 minutes jogging on treadmill
upper and lower body workout w/ total gym

Upperbody weights, abs and 20 min on recomb. bike. Not an "inspired" workout but hey, I got it in!

1/2hr walk this morn in the drizzle
planning on mowing the front yard and maybe walking again after work
 
Leg Lifts & Crunches
Video Chair Dancing (toning tape)
20 minutes on treadmill

I did a 45 minute interval training class and 45 minutes of pilates & yoga.
 
I did 20 min. on the treadmill which = 1 mile. I wanted to go at least 40 min. for 2 miles, but I was not feeling very well and I was tired, so I am proud that I got that much in. I hope to do even more tomorrow.
 
Went to the gym for an hour and 15 minutes. Worked chest and triceps.
